Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms governing cancellations and refunds for services offered through Flex Mitra, a recruitment platform owned and operated by Goeventbooking.

By making any payment on www.flexmitra.com, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Candidate Verification Fee

Flex Mitra is a platform connecting employers and job seekers, not an employment guarantor. We simply share your profiles with employers.

Candidate accounts are free of charge. Employers are required to pay a subscription fee to post jobs and access the platform.

Cancellation

Once a verification payment has been successfully processed, the verification request cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility (90-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

If you do not get a job within 90 days of paying the verification fee, we will refund your money within that period.

2. Employer Subscription

Employers are required to subscribe to the Employer Plan at ₹359 per month to access recruitment services on Flex Mitra.

The Employer Subscription includes:

• Unlimited Job Postings
• Candidate Application Management
• Employer Dashboard Access
• Recruitment Management Tools

Cancellation

Employers may choose not to renew their monthly subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the current subscription period.

The subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Except as stated below, all payments made through Flex Mitra are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made for the same service due to a technical or billing error.
• Incorrect amount charged due to a system error.
• Payment successfully completed but the service could not be activated because of a verified technical issue caused by Flex Mitra or Goeventbooking.
• If you do not get a job within 90 days of paying the candidate verification fee, we will refund your money within that period.

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Goeventbooking.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund under the eligible circumstances mentioned above, users must contact our support team within 7 days of the payment date.

The request should include:

• Full Name
• Registered Email Address
• Mobile Number
• Transaction ID
• Payment Date
• Reason for the refund request

Failure to provide sufficient information may delay or prevent the processing of the request.

5. Refund Timeline

If a refund request is approved after review, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are generally credited within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the policies of the payment gateway and the user's bank.

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following payments are non-refundable:

• ₹359 Monthly Employer Subscription after activation
• Fees for services already delivered or activated
• Payments made where the user has violated the Terms & Conditions

7. Payment Processing

All payments made on Flex Mitra are securely processed through the payment infrastructure of Goeventbooking, which owns and operates the platform.

Payment processing is handled by authorized payment gateway providers. Flex Mitra and Goeventbooking do not store complete debit card numbers, credit card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords.

8. Changes to this Policy

Goeventbooking reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this page, along with the updated Effective Date.
